Any other use requires our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Sweet Intelligence name and logo are trade marks of Sweet Intelligence Limited or its licensors. Your use of the Site grants you no licence to use them.
5. Not professional advice
The Site provides general information. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. An application, system or agent development engagement, or a research or technical consulting engagement, with Sweet Intelligence Limited arises only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES, AND OTHER TERMS IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED TERMS AS TO MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THE EXERCISE OF REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL UNDER THE SALE OF GOODS ORDINANCE (CAP. 26) AND THE SUPPLY OF SERVICES (IMPLIED TERMS) ORDINANCE (CAP. 457).
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
7. Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED HONG KONG DOLLARS (HKD 100).
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER THE LAWS OF HONG KONG, INCLUDING THE CONTROL OF EXEMPTION CLAUSES ORDINANCE (CAP. 71), LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, AND LIABILITY FOR FRAUD.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweet Intelligence Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
We may also change, suspend, or withdraw the Site, or any part of it, at any time. We may withdraw your access to the Site if you breach these terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, we may apply for injunctive or other interim or equitable relief to protect our intellectual property in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Third party rights
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any of them, except that our directors, officers, employees, and agents may enforce sections 6, 7, and 8. We may rescind or vary these terms without the consent of any such person.
13. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If a court finds any provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation and there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Sweet Intelligence Limited concerning your use of the Site. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs our services and controls where it conflicts with these terms.
